Providers like Penn Medicine and AtlantiCare are part of Pinpoint’s preferred provider program, offering no deductible, no coinsurance, and no referrals required. Providers outside of the preferred provider program are still accessible, but may include deductibles or higher out-of-pocket costs.

Ask the provider’s office to bill Edison Health Solutions, our Third-Party Administrator (TPA). If they still have questions, they can call 888-562-4784 for verification.

Penn Medicine providers can be found through your member portal, by calling 800-789-7366, or by visiting www.pennmedicine.org/find-doctor. AtlantiCare providers can be found through your member portal, by calling 888-569-1000, or by visiting www.atlanticare.org/doctors

An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) outlines the services that were provided during your visit, what your insurance plan paid, and your portion of the costs. It is not a bill.

  1. Notify Us—If you get a balance bill, don't pay it until we verify the charges.
  2. Provide Us with Important Details—Once the charge is verified, we may also ask for income-related information to see if you are eligible for financial assistance.
  3. Stay Informed—Our team will regularly update you on the status of your balance bill.
  4. Let Us Take Care of It—Pinpoint's legal team will work through the dispute process from start to finish.

  1. Go to member.edisonehs.com in your web browser (use Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).
  2. Click the blue "Sign Up" link below the "Log In" button.
  3. Your screen should expand and ask for an Activation Code and your Date of Birth.
    1. Activation Code: Enter your complete Member ID or the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
    2. Date of Birth: mm/dd/yyyy
    3. Click "Verify"
  4. Please enter the following information:
    1. Email Address (This will serve as your Username)
    2. First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Password—Please choose your own password (minimum of 12 characters), containing: one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
  5. Once completed, click "Register"
  6. You will receive a confirmation email (at the provided email address). Open the email and click the blue "Let's Get Started" link.
  7. At the Login Screen, please enter your Username (email address) and Password to log in.

Most prescriptions can be filled at in-network retail pharmacies through US-Rx Care. You can also use Prescription Mart’s mail-order service to have medications delivered directly to your home. Learn more about your Prescription Benefits here.
